Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026

Jet Sales Packaging (“we,” “us” or “our”) is a wholesale packaging supplier located at 7305 Paramount Blvd, Pico Rivera, CA 90660. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and your message. Phone number is optional. If you would rather be contacted by email only, leave it blank and your message will still be sent.

Information collected automatically. Our website host (Wix.com) automatically collects basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device, IP address, the pages you view and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies and is used to run, secure and improve the website.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your questions and requests for pricing, product information or availability

  • To process and follow up on orders and will-call pickups

  • To operate, maintain and improve our website

  • To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse

We do not add you to a marketing email list unless you ask us to.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We only share information with service providers that help us run our business and website, such as our website host Wix.com, which stores contact form submissions and delivers them to our staff. These providers may only use the information to provide services to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

4. Cookies

Our website uses cookies that are needed for it to work and may use cookies that help us understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

5. How long we keep information

We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to respond to you and for normal business records, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

6. Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we have about you, to ask us to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. You also have the right not to be treated differently for making these requests. To make a request, call us at (562) 942-1020 or send us a message through our contact form. We may need to confirm your identity before completing a request.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send us. No website or online transmission is completely secure, so please do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive information through the contact form.

8. Children

Our website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
